Returns

BellaBott wants you to be happy with our products that your purchase.

To avoid any frustrations, it is important that if you are unsure about a product that you contact us to discuss your concerns prior to purchasing.

If for some reason you have ordered a product and are not completely satisfied with the fit or appearance then we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Conditions for returns

  • Products must be in  new condition and be unwashed and unworn.
    • Products that are washed or worn cannot be refunded or swapped
  • Only the original purchaser can apply for refunds or swaps of any BellaBott products.
  • All returns need to be posted back to BellaBott within 7 days of receiving the products.
  • BellaBott will not refund on goods if you wish to take advantage of a sale or promotion period commencing shortly after your original purchase.

BellaBott refund process

  1. Carefully inspect your purchases to check for any manufacturing defects.
    NB. If your purchases are not in new condition a refund will be refused.

  2. Contact BellaBott immediately

  3. Post your products back to BellaBott with your proof of purchase and a note clearly detailing the following
  • Name, Postal Address, Email Address and Phone Number
  • The number and type of items you are returning
  • Reason for your refund
  • Bank Details for refund of deposit

Returns for swap

BellaBott is happy to accommodate requests for swaps in the event that the wrong size was ordered.

  1. Carefully inspect your purchases to check for any defects.
    NB. If your purchases are not in new condition a refund for swap will be refused.
  2. Contact BellaBott immediately
  3. Post your products back to BellaBott with your proof of purchase and a note clearly detailing the following
  • Name, Postal Address, Email Address and Phone Number
  • The number and type of items you are returning for swap
  • The number and items you would like them swapped for

BellaBott will contact you should your new purchase require additional payment on your behalf or a possible refund.

Things to consider for all returns

  • Postage cost is your responsibility.
  • BellaBott will not refund the value of your products if lost or damaged in the return mail.

  • When requiring a partial refund and if your original order qualified for a bulk discount,BellaBott will recalculate the entire order on the new order total.
    You will be refunded the difference.

BellaBott will process your refund as quickly as possible.

 

Cancellations

BellaBott is happy to cancel your purchases if your order has not been processed and dispatched.

  1. Contact BellaBott immediately

  2. Let us know your order reference number

  3. If your order has been dispatched, please follow the BellaBott returns process
